Our Affiliate Relationship

oldtownfernandina.org is a participant in affiliate marketing programs with various online casinos and gambling operators. When you click on links to casinos featured on this website and subsequently sign up or make a deposit, we may earn affiliate commissions from those operators. This is how we generate revenue to maintain and improve our site.

Editorial Independence

We want to be absolutely clear: our affiliate commissions do not influence our editorial rankings, reviews, or recommendations. We assess and rank casinos based on factors including licensing, security, game variety, customer service, and user experience. Our reviews reflect our honest evaluation regardless of commission structure.

Identifying Affiliate Links

Affiliate links on this website are clearly marked with an "AFFILIATE LINK" label or similar designation. Sponsored content and promotional material are also clearly identified. If you're unsure whether a link is affiliated, please contact us before proceeding.

Australian Compliance

This disclosure complies with the Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) Code of Ethics and relevant Australian Consumer Law requirements regarding endorsements and testimonials. We are committed to transparent advertising practices as regulated by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).

Reader Responsibility

We encourage you to conduct your own research and only gamble with operators licensed and regulated for your jurisdiction. Gambling carries financial and personal risks. Please gamble responsibly and seek help if needed through services like Gamblers Help (1800 858 858).
